About us
Hainault Evangelical Church is a non-denominational Christian church based in Hainault in the London Borough of Redbridge. Situated near the border with Essex the church has been serving Jesus and the local community for over fifty years.
Our relaxed and family-friendly Sunday services have inspiring Bible-based teaching and a mix of contempory and traditional worship. It all starts at 10:30am. We share in communion every other week.
Everybody is welcome

• Fully accessible by wheelchair/pram
• Disabled toilet facilities
• Children's work/Sunday school
• Youth work
• Baby/Toddler area with relayed sound during services
We have King's Crew for the over threes, Solid for the over tens and a baby and toddler area where you can still particpate while your little one plays. That said, we don't expect you to leave the main room if you have a little one, the space is just there if you want to use it. We run house groups, prayer meetings and breakfasts as well as our weekly Hecklers baby and toddler group.
Have at look at What's on and Finding us for further information.
We'd love it if you came to visit. Feel free to bring any questions you might have but if you'd prefer there is also a brief summary of what we believe.

Celebrating the King James Bible
Started in 2011 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the publication of the King James Bible (1611) HEC are embarking on the Bible board. Throughout the year we read chapters of the Bible (in various translations) together and discuss and commenting on them. You can read more about this and see the latest passages.
